How do I automate social media posting?

Connect your accounts to PostNinja, write a post once, adjust it for each platform if you like, and pick a time or drop it on the calendar. PostNinja publishes it automatically at that time, so you don't have to be online.

Which platforms does PostNinja support?

X (Twitter), Instagram (Business and Creator accounts), Threads, Facebook Pages, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Pinterest. Connect as many accounts as your plan allows and post to several at once.

Can I schedule Instagram posts and Reels automatically?

Yes. Photos, carousels of up to ten items and Reels publish straight to your Instagram Business or Creator account at the time you choose, with no reminder or phone notification needed.

Is there a free plan?

No. PostNinja is a paid product, which keeps it fast, ad-free and focused on the people who use it. Plans start at $15 a month, or less billed yearly, and you can cancel any time.

What are credits, and why do X posts use them?

X charges apps for every post published through its API, so X posts use credits: 10 per account, or 80 if the post contains a link (X charges much more for those). Every plan includes a monthly allowance. Posts to every other platform are unlimited and never use credits.

What happens to credits if a post fails?

You get them back automatically. Credits are only used when a post actually goes out; failed or cancelled posts are refunded straight away.

Can I write different text for each platform?

Yes. Write one main version, then override it for any platform. Each version is checked against that platform's character limits and rules before you can schedule it.

Do you support photos and video?

Yes: single photos, carousels of up to ten items, and videos, which go out as Reels on Instagram. Media is checked against each platform's requirements as you upload.

Can my AI assistant or my own code use PostNinja?

Yes. Every plan includes a REST API and an MCP server, so Claude, Cursor and other MCP-compatible agents can list your accounts, draft, schedule and check posts for you.

Is PostNinja an alternative to Buffer, Hootsuite or Later?

Yes. PostNinja covers the core of a social media management tool: a content calendar, scheduling and auto-posting to seven platforms, per-platform captions and post stats. It adds a REST API and an MCP server on every plan, at a flat monthly price.

Can I invite my team?

Yes, on Pro (2 people) and Agency (5 people), owner included. Invite them by email from Settings → Team. Members can connect accounts and schedule posts; admins can also manage the team, billing and API keys. Anyone can belong to several workspaces and switch between them.

Is my account safe?

You sign in to each platform yourself, so we never see your social passwords. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can turn on two-step verification for your PostNinja login.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from Settings and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. No calls, no forms.
